GRUPO GEISPEN integrates among its tools an X-ray machine with new tomographic software from the brand Bosello, model SER M@x 70-120.
This tool allows us to examine parts detecting their compaction and porosity for the subsequent set-up of the molds and injection parameters, which results in a radical improvement in the quality of our products.
While X-rays provide us with a view of the part, tomography allows us to reconstruct a three-dimensional model.
We are able to make a comparison between the requirements of the CAD model and our results.
Thanks to the tomography we can avoid the destruction of the piece during the control of the porosity or during the measurement of not very accesible áreas of the part.
